Any unwanted or unused prescription medication can be taken to CVS or Wal-Mart during normal business hours.

Both CVS Pharmacy located at 1215 Merchant St, Emporia, KS and Wal-Mart Pharmacy at 2301 Industrial Road, Emporia, KS are the only registered Public Controlled Substance Disposal locations currently registered with the US Drug Enforcement Agency.
